Qualifications
Must be a Filipino citizen or foreigner residing in the Philippines for more than 2 years
Must have residence or business address in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna,
Bulacan, Batangas, San Fernando (Pampanga), Dagupan, Baguio, Cebu, Iloilo City,
Bacolod City, Cagayan de Oro and Davao City
Must be a resident in current or previous address for at least 1 year
Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application, but not more than 70 years old upon loan maturity
Must have an Annual Gross Income of P120,000 for Employed and P400,000 for
Self-employed.
Must have at least 1 landline phone at either residence or place of work
For Employed applicant:
Must be a regular employee with the present employer for the last 2 years or at least 2 years of combined employment with present and previous employer
For Self-employed applicant:
Business must have been in operation for at least 2 continuously successful and
profitable years
Documentary Requirements
For Employed:
Photocopy of latest Form 2316 (W2), signed by employer’s authorized representative or ITR with BIR stamp.
Photocopy of valid ID with picture & signature (Company ID, Philippine Passport,
Driver’s License, TIN/SSS/GSIS or Pag-Ibig , other government-issued ID, PRC ID).
Any one of the following: Original Certificate of Employment with Compensation,
issued within the last 3 months or Photocopy of latest full month pay slip.
For Self-employed/professionals:
Photocopy of latest full year ITR with BIR Stamp and Audited Financial Statements
with BIR stamp for the last two years and/or bank statements for the last 6 months.
Photocopy of valid ID with picture and signature (Company ID, Philippine Passport, Driver’s License, TIN/SSS/GSIS or Pag-Ibig or other government-issued ID, PRC ID).
Photocopy of Business Papers:
For Sole Proprietorship - DTI Certificate of Business Registration
For Partnerships – SEC Registration & Articles of Partnership
For Resident Foreigners:
Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (or ACR I-Card) and Work Permit
FEES (to be deducted from loan proceeds)
Processing Fee: P1,200
Documentary Stamp Fee: P1 for every P200 approved loan amount or fraction
thereof, whichever is higher (applicable for approved loan amounts equal to or greater
than P250,000); or for business purpose (regardless of loan amount)
Late Penalty Fee: 3% of monthly amortization per month
